Typically I post small drawings that are made quickly. This is a big drawing and I'm slow at big drawings. It's been a while since I've drawn a large formal portrait. My family commissioned this one. It is of my mom's mom's mom; my great grandmother. Along with the tiny photograph, I was given an audio-cassette of her playing the harmonica and a number of rosaries. These are treasures to me.

I'll post more progress photos as I remember. With the way things are this may take months to finish. But I have a good start.
